Dr. Bakhtiyor Narzilloev

Bakhtiyor Narzilloev is a researcher at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IAS) of New Uzbekistan University in Tashkent. Born in 1994 in Bukhara, he graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan with a major in Physics, obtained his Master's degree in Theoretical Physics from the same university, and earned his PhD in Theoretical Physics at Fudan University in Shanghai.

In 2021 he defended his habilitation DSc dissertation entitled "Properties of astrophysical black hole solutions in various theories of gravity". His research focuses on theoretical astrophysics of black holes, including the dynamics of test particles and accretion disks around black holes in alternative theories of gravity such as Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet and Rastall gravity.
